Don’t rebound from the top of a box jump back to the top. Always step down and then jump up. Your Achilles will thank you eventually. Especially for those over 40.

No but I’ve been endured stretching. Be sure to use dynamic stretching or stretch after your workout when muscles are warm.

Yes, a calf muscle strain from doing step ups. Always remember to plant the entire foot on the step and not just the ball.

yeah, didn't do anything wrong, form-wise, but sometimes injuries just happen. tweaked my back 2-3 times in the last year from my HIIT routine
