Like really how much more noise is vacuum than a garbage disposal? Ridiculous questions.
Prepare ahead by, whenever possible, exercising first and meal prepping on days off. Take short walking/stretching breaks from the desk.

Me time for at least 30 minutes in peace and quiet then the gajillion house duties before bed. Then repeat
