Stay active on a daily basis, walk, run, weight training, stretching before workouts. Eating healthy and drinking plenty of water is also a key to success. Try not to over do it listen to your body and rest and recovery is always an ingredient to any type of workout.

No grains to reduce inflammation. Heart rate training (Keep heart rate at 180 bpm - age or lower to reduce stress and stress response) Train slow, race fast. Don't really worry about stretching or cooling down. Injury free so far, knock on wood.
