Peel zucchini, squash, cucumbers and carrots and add to your meat. Put this in Lasagna. Adding the meat, as well, kids see the meat, don't pay much attention to the veggies. Trick is to use string veggies, add to mixture and spoon over cottage cheese and your cheeses.

I take bananas, strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, honey and dried coconut. Add yogurt, raisins and wheat germ. Have my grandson make his own smoothies. He will drink this, because he makes it and can see the ingredients. The veggie smoothie, he won't touch. This is why the veggie Lasagna. He never knows they are in there.

Make a smoothie with fruits and vegetables in it. The fruit makes it sweet and kids usually don't even know they are having veggies.
