gluten sensitivity and allergy is a huge issue for some sadly, however, it is small percentage and not for everyone. It has taken on awareness and avoidance not supported by actual sensitivity or science. If we are blessed not to be oppressed with that challenge, we others should focus on eating a lot of vegetables fruits whole grains and healthy protein and give the fads and hysteria a rest. In my humble opinion.

Grew out of some old and got some new ones... The joys of living in the Ohio Valley.

After I stopped drinking milk, I no longer have eczema. All my life I've had weeping, itchy eczema patches on my hands especially. No more milk, no more skin problems!

New ones. I am autoimmune and there are many cross-reactive foods that I did not know were bothering me.

Developed shellfish allergy after my first child was born. I really miss being able to eat it, but not worth dying over.

No allergies but developed milk intolerance in late teens. Drank insane amounts of milk as a child. The body is strange sometimes!

... Do your research; consuming fermented foods improve the quality of the gut and overall immune response.

I have a fish allergy, the only thing close to fish I can eat tuna in water from a can. I can not eat a lot of it. I can some sea food but I have to limit my intake. I break out in hives with a burning sensation and have horrible abdominal pain if I eat too much. I have to put a topical oil on my skin to feel better.

2 weeks ago my husband made a delicious smoothie with fresh fruits & veggies. Something triggered a food allergy & I'm still battling to breathe normally again. I'll be undergoing allergy tests soon, but food allergies are scary! I'm 36 & have always ate anything with no concerns.
