I have not. I use My Fitness Pal to track what I eat. It provides me with nutritional values of the foods I eat, plus gives me calorie intake guidelines. It's not perfect, but it did help me lose 40 pounds and to keep it off.

I've done research on ectomorph, mesomorph and endomorph diets which seems to be related to this. the research I've done goes by what ancestors might have done, the way I feel after food and my body shape. it's not something I've seen before so I'm wearing of trying to change my lifestyle again based off of this research.

Yes - but only in the sense that I’ve experimented with what feels good for me and seems to work to keep me healthy. There’s no actual evidence that any of the “personalized” diets work because they are personalized. They work because they advocate for healthful eating in general
