water water water. Take your weight / by 2 * 8oz of water = Total water intake oz per day. Lose weight, maintain weight, flushes out toxins and feel better. Avoid artificial drinks on a daily basis. But if you are training for a marathon.... well thats a different venue

I use a magnesium supplement, flavored powder drink mix. Before using this my night time leg cramps were really bad. Now it is very rare, like once every 2-3 months I might have a night with a mild cramp.

Sorry. This was poorly researched. The most recent data doesn't even reflect much of this as accurate. Pickle juice and mustard have long been shown to have nothin more than a placebo effect.

I usually get cramps in my feet when they are cold. I give so time to stresh , wear warm socks and massage my feet until is comfortable..:-)
