If you can't start your day without it then you're addicted. :) It's not a big deal, though, unless you are having bothersome symptoms like headaches or problems sleeping. The main issue I have with caffeine is that when I drink it too regularly I do get addicted and then if I forget my coffee I get headaches and am crabby. This is pretty typical... I love coffee too... A cup of coffee in the morning is a good way to start your day, it keeps you alert and help with a few kinds of pain like headache, legs and back pain. You can drink 2-3 cups a day, however, you shouldn't drink coffee after 5pm. It could affect your sleep.
