Mortality is pretty concerning. As far as I can tell, 1 out of every 1 person dies.

Take good care of yourself by eating right and exercising and if it still happens you’ll have a clear conscience that you did the right thing. Then give it to God to worry about.

Afib. My mom has it, and my grandma died because of it. I try to take good care of my heart by eating a vegetarian diet with minimal processed foods, exercising regularly, and reducing stress with Yoga.

I remember that heart is a muscle that needs to strength like any other part of your body. If you are a couch potato, think twice about making your heart happy. I get motivated to do exercise, especially cardio to make my heart happy and healthy.💝💕

a heart attack or stroke that leaves you at 50% of what you could do before. where you depend on other people to help you get by when before you could do it all on your own.

I'd like to be going for walks with grandkids and maybe even great-grandkids without getting winded or worse. Diet and exercise is an investment in your future. Yes, some freak accident could end your life earlier, but that's still better than years of the suffering and slow deterioration of heart disease IMO.
