                  All of your necessary exercises  can be accomplished without any equipment. All you need is room to move around and a cushioned floor.                   I have been through quite a few home gym style pieces of equipment. Nautilus is decent, and weider.  Selectable dumbbells are great to save space, but quality can be an issue.                   Depends on what you're looking for and how much space you have. Whatever that answer is, Craigslist or other services like that should be on your radar. People always buy stuff with good intention, then offload it later at reduced cost in good to like new shape.                   Honestly, some weights in your weight range would be a great start.                   Mastering moves using your own body weight should not be overlooked! Moves such as push-ups, walking planks, lunges and squats are all very efficient exercises.
