I have used various models of Fitbit since 2014...currently use Fitbit Charge HR. I also use it along with My Fitness Pal and a couple of other motivational apps that sync with it. Together they keep me on track and very motivated to stay active...I never go without my Fitbit unless I'm showering or in a pool! These tools have kept me focused enough to have lost almost 100 pounds in about 2 years. I have no intentions of ever bring without a tracker!!!!!❤️❤️❤️

My Fitbit Blaze makes me be more active and improve my sleep habits. I know it's not 100% accurate, but it definitely motivates me.

I bought my Apple Watch as I tried to reclaim my health after cancer. It reminds me to stand, send me updates through out the day about calories burned and helps me keep track of where I've been and how far I've come. I've lost 19 pounds this year and fought (to the death it feels like) for every one of them. Since I can link this with my phone, I can see my whole year at the push of a button. I like the awards the watch gives me for achieving my goals.

I love my garmin vivofit 3. I dont have to worry about charging it. And it has a move bar that reminds me to get up when I've been too inactive. It also seems to be more reliable with my steps than my fitbit flex was. Although, Iput it on my ankle while walking/running for better accuracy.

Have a Fitbit One and now the newer Alta! Love and use them both at different times! Helped with a 25 pound weight loss (along with Weight Watchers Online), and now they keep me where I want to stay! The website and phone app are terrific, too!

I love my fitbit Blaze. It helps at work to remind me every hour to get up and move. I have it set to remind me when it is bedtime. And I set daily goals on different activities. This has helped with losing weight and having fun.

Looks like I'm the only one here who uses a Misfit Shine. I like it because it never needs recharging and it's completely waterproof, so I never need to take it off. I also like being able to see the time and my daily activity on the unit as well as being able to sync it with my phone for long-term data tracking and sharing with other apps and websites (Apple Health, My Fitness Pal and Humana Vitality). I find that like most fitness trackers it provides more accurate data if worn on the body rather than the wrist, so I wear mine as a pendant and it looks like jewelry rather than a fitness tracker. No fitness tracker is going to make you lose weight or improve your health - you've got to do the work to achieve your goals. But tracking my efforts with the Shine earned me a new iPad through Humana Vitality. And that, in and of itself, makes it well worth wearing.

My FitBit has kept me interested in fitness, nutrition, and sleep habits. I use the My Fitness Pal app to keep track of my calories and exercise as well. This has helped with motivation.

When my Fitbit fell apart I went for the Garmin Vivosmart, which is waterproof. I wear it and track activity in the pool, as well, now.
